A 30-minute call (free and without commitment) to get acquainted, discuss your issue and define an objective and number of sessions for your coaching cycle.
1h-1h30 session remotely on Zoom to ensure maximum flexibility or in person.
An action plan to implement between each session and possible exercises, according to your issue.

80€/ 1 session 420€ / 6 sessions 600€ / 10 sessions
IN-PERSON GROUP COACHING
The sessions are once every two weeks.
