My Approach
OBJECTIF: PREVENTION BURNOUT
According to the WHO, stress is "a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. It is a natural human response that prompts us to rise to challenges and face the threats we encounter in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some extent. However, how we react to stress makes a great difference to our overall well-being."
Over a limited period, stress can be beneficial, acting as an adrenaline booster that stimulates our performance. However, when it persists for too long, this same stress risks evolving into burnout. To prevent this drift, it is essential first to recognize the warning signs, then to clearly identify our needs in order to intervene effectively and positively transform the situation.
